Generally two system using;

Manual granulation

Automatic granulation

Two of system makes different type and quality last products. Automatic system makes homogen and same sizes metal balls. Its using for weighting precisely and sellable products but manual system makes popcorn shapes to increase surface area. That helps us to reduce reaction times on refining operation. both system uses melting pots by different capacities.

0-9 kg manual granulation
